Tria is the Greek word for three. The Tria Method uses a three step approach to guaranteed weight loss, body toning, increased energy, decreased stress and optimal health to last a lifetime.
The cornerstone of our philosophy is that each and every one of us has a unique body, with a unique shape, with unique physical characteristics and psychological needs. There is no "right" size that every man or woman should be. There is no "right" diet or eating plan for everyone. There is no "right" way for everyone to exercise.
Our packages are custom made for you, the perfect combination of in-home personal training, one-on-one nutrition and wellness counseling, with additional services such as massage, yoga, holistic skin care, cooking lessons, and more at your disposal. Working with a team of experts, we create a program to guarantee the health & body transformation you seek.
First Path: Healthy Eating & Customized Nutrition
Our life changing nutrition program is not about starving yourself, current fads, counting points, or any other “popular” method, but it will help you find a new way of eating and loving food. Our program will help you figure out what is keeping you from achieving your perfect weight and health, and make your journey easy with a program specifically designed for you.
What exactly does this mean? What sets us apart from other nutrition programs? Did you know that metabolic rate, blood type and even your ancestry all play a role in how your body reacts to and processes food? Do you know how to overcome your cravings and control your portions, yet still find a way to enjoy your favorite foods? How many calories should you be eating? Second Path: Daily Movement & Effective Exercise
First and foremost, fitness needs to be fun. Secondly, it needs to yield results. Our fun and results oriented system of training offers everything your body needs to become lean, sculpted, and energized. Our in home sessions include fat burning cardio workouts, strength training, sports performance and more. Depending on your likes and body type, we blend other modalities into your workout, including kickboxing, Pilates, dance, yoga; always emphasizing breathing and posture to round out your program. Like the nutrition portion of the program, our goal is to teach and empower you to continue your new, active life long after the program is over. Best of all, it is OUR job to motivate and support you - we will call you, text you, e-mail you, or visit you to make sure you are exercising regularly, even when you are no longer a client…because in the end, we passionately believe in what we are doing and we care about your success!
